Having been a patient at the Peninsula Practice for many years I have always been completely satisfied with all aspects of the way the service has been delivered and of the treatment I have received, one of the unfortunate things about getting older is that the need to visit the doctor increases and over the last 2 or 3 years this has been the case with me.
I am fortunate as I have no serious health issues as far as I am aware but judging by my experiences I would feel totally confident that any treatment I would receive or any hospital referrals that may be necessary would be carried out in a timely manner and focused completely on my needs.
My wife has been referred to Ipswich Hospital on a couple of occasions and her experiences both of the Practice and of her excellent treatment at the hospital bears out my comments and we are both very satisfied.
I have always received good care and attention and would not hesitate to recommend the doctors in this practice.
Excellent, understanding care by Dr Crockett when I had a really bad time last autumn.
The response from the mental health team was very dissapointing,
Luckily another doctor at the practise was able to prescribe for me in Dr. Crocketts absense, very prompt immeadiate help.
